Arrive in Jerez, your driver will welcome you and take you to your hotel. Check-in and relax.
TABANCOS TOUR
Get ready for a very special evening, you will be taken around a few tabancos – traditional wine dispatchers – to start feeling the local good vibe. Enjoy a casual bar-hopping guided tour ending up with a very special touch. Welcome to the cradle of flamenco and sherry wines.

Day 2
JEREZ, HISTORICAL CITY
Jerez city well-deserves a private guided tour, you'll be wowed but the history and its architecture, and you will have a chance to admire the nice San Miguel church, and visit the Alcázar and the Cathedral while you stroll around the stone paved streets.
SHERRY WINES FROM JEREZ
Enjoy your first sherry winery private visit. It is time for the first magical wine experience to breathe in the aromas as you sip some old amontillado while listening to fascinating stories. Sherry wineries are impressive and you will fall under the charm of their stunning architecture and all the specificities that interfere in making this wine unique.
After the tour, lunch is foreseen in one of the Michelin restaurants in city, they both have a strong personality.
In the afternoon, free time to relax and to stroll around the charming and friendly streets of Jerez.

Day 3
SHERRY WINES FROM SANLUCAR
Today you will discover the essential effect of sea and winds on sherry wines. Sanlucar is the only area where manzanilla sherry is produced. You’ll arrive in the upper city - enjoy a coffee by the Medina Sidonia Palace - and start walking down as you listen about the impressive stories of Sanlucar and you reach the bodega. Once inside, amid the perfumed walls, taste the entire range of wines as you walk through stunning patios and cellars. You will start making the difference with the sherries from Jerez. More salty, lighter and fresher, manzanilla sherry wine in Sanlucar, and fino sherry in Jerez have similarities, but are clearly distinct from each other.
For lunch, in Sanlucar seafood is a must. You will sit overlooking the Natural Park of Doñana (the biggest Natural Park in Europe) just few meters away on the other side of the Guadalquivir river. Don’t forget to order the most coveted local seafood: langostinos.
After lunch, relax at any of the bar terraces facing the river mouth before going back to Jerez.

THE 100 PALACES CITY
Today we’re heading to the third corner of the sherry triangle. On the banks of the Guadalete river, El Puerto is known as The City of 100 Palaces. This seaside town is an elegant place of faded grandeur now being revived. The fishing port with its strategic situation next to salt marshes and infinite beaches makes a fascinating visit. Walk across the seaside town admiring some interesting facades before reaching the superb food market (closed on Sundays). We will unveil some of our most beloved tabancos and stop for a glass of sherry before you head to the bodega.
SHERRY WINES FROM EL PUERTO
Be ready for a very special visit to another unique winery in complete exclusivity. Along these three wineries visits, the goal is to make you understand and distinguish between the three different sherry origins, and to feel how the terroir intervenes in the final result.
A lovely tapas style lunch is foreseen by the bodega.
** Lunch can be arranged in the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Aponiente - unique for the reinterpretation of the 21st century marine cuisine.
