Our private tours are tailored and personally hosted by us in search of offering you a full insiders immersion in Spain. 3. Do you offer scheduled or private tours?

Our tours are private, just for you and your travel party. We do not offer scheduled tours for mixed groups of guests who do not know each other.


4. What type of wineries will we visit?

We have been intensively involved in the wine business in the last decades and have developed very close connections with major winemakers. We are in love with small independent producers and we will be glad to give you access to exceptional projects and passionate people.


5. Are cooking classes hold by expert chefs?

Of course! All our cooking classes are hold by professional cooks and some of them are Michelin-starred chefs.


6. Are there a minimum number of people in your activities?

Yes, two is the minimum number of guests. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us.


7. Do you organize weddings?

Yes, we are haute couture wedding and party planners in Spain inspired by wine and food destinations. We are official Food Event Designers and hospitality managers aiming at personalizing every event and deliver an unmatched attention to detail from our creative and insider vision.


8. Do you organize corporate events?

Yes, with more tan ten years managing corporate events at the highest level, we know what matters. Let us take care of you and your clients for an experiential, memorable and successful meeting. 9. Are your tours customizable?

All our tours are tailor-made with exception of our P&T Signature Collection tours (check their details here). That makes matching your level of interest with the proper itinerary a vital part of the planning process.


10. How do you define the price of a tour?

Price for our luxury tours is based on the number of guests in your party; the amount of chauffeur services included; the destination; the style of the accommodation (hotel or private retreat); the style and number of meals (Michelin starred restaurants, tasting menus, tapas tour, etc.) and the final selection of activities. Our prices include all local taxes.


11. When is the best time to come?

Any time is good to visit Spain. Please contact us for any enquire.


12. Have you checked the apartments and villas you offer?

Absolutely. We live here and we personally curate every property; it is the only way to offer you the most suitable lodging option.


13. What does the Travel Advisor service consist on?

14. How much is the deposit?

To reserve your trip, we require a 40% deposit of the total cost of the trip at time of booking. The balance must be paid within 45 days prior to departure. See all booking terms and conditions.


15. What insurance do I need?

Please note that travel insurance, medical insurance and cancellation insurance are not included. We require that you have travel and medical insurance before joining us on a tour. We ask that you review the limited amount of the coverage included in your individual insurance package and confirm that you are adequately covered for any eventuality. We highly recommend you also book cancellation insurance to protect yourself against any eventuality including any financial loss in case of illness, accident, or other situations cause you to cancel your holiday.


16. What methods of payment do you accept?

American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Bank Wire.


17. What documents do I need to bring?

All travelers without exception (including babies and persons under 18 years of age) shall carry valid documentation. All children should travel on full passports.
